Aman H. Bhatti, MD

Dr. Bhatti is a healthcare executive with a proven track record of driving innovation and value creation at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Prior to founding digitalXhealth, Dr. Bhatti served as CEO of Cumulus Neuroscience, a UK-based digital biomarker company advancing the development of precision CNS medicines. Dr. Bhatti led the company to being named to Fast Company’s prestigious list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies of 2024 after securing FDA-clearance of the 3x award-winning Cumulus at-home EEG headset in the previous year.

Prior to Cumulus, Dr. Bhatti founded AliveCor BioPharma, a division of AliveCor, a leading Silicon Valley based startup developing cutting edge cardiovascular solutions. Dr. Bhatti has over a decade of senior experience within the consumer healthcare industry, having previously served as the Global Head of Digital Medicines at Sanofi Consumer Health where he led digital transformation initiatives globally to improve patient outcomes with companies like Google, Facebook, and Plug&Play. His previous roles also include leading medical teams at Reckitt, Novartis, and GSK (now Haleon) launching, innovating, and globally expanding market presence of several major OTC brands including Mucinex, Flonase, Otrivin, and Nicorette. 

Dr. Bhatti’s passion is to bring to life innovative digital solutions to improve health access and equity within underserved communities which has been fueled by his rich history of working within leading consumer healthcare companies. Dr.  Bhatti also serves as a strategic advisor to multiple digital health startups allowing him to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in healthcare.

Summar Mir

Mr. Mir is a senior healthcare executive with over a decade of operational and business development experience at LabCorp. Prior to founding digitalXhealth, Mr. Mir led LabCorp’s Northeast Correctional Healthcare segment focusing on Federal and State prisons as well as county jails.

Mr. Mir’s years of experience within the correctional healthcare industry has enabled digitalXhealth to develop a Strategic Advisory Board to better understand the challenges of healthcare delivery in correctional facilities as well as the healthcare needs upon return to our communities. The board is composed of current and former correctional professionals including Correctional Medical Directors, Government leaders, Law enforcement professionals and Reentry thought-leaders.

Mr. Mir has a passion for improving reentry experiences and services, specifically focused on transforming education, workforce development, and healthcare. While at LabCorp, Mr. Mir gained notoriety for developing the nation's first reentry phlebotomy training program for women returning to the community from prison. By working directly with Former New Jersey Governor McGreevey and the NJ Reentry leadership team, Mr. Mir was able to develop and launch the program, leading the collaboration between NJ Reentry Corporation, Hudson County Community College, and LabCorp which provided the clinical internship and possible path to employment for participants.

Mr. Mir also serves as the Chief Strategic Advisor for New Beginnings, a multi-state mental health outpatient patient practice providing remote and in-person psychiatric care and counseling to underserved communities throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Texas.  Recognizing the need for overall healthcare needs for returning citizens launched the initiative to add primary care services to better serve existing behavioral health patients. Worked with Senior leadership to identify strategic partnerships with Government entities, local healthcare providers and non profit organizations to help better provide access and bridge the gap in care.

Carla Zema, PhD

A former Kerr White Visiting Scholar with the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality with decades of experience in population health, health economics, outcomes research, health care quality, and patient-centered care. Her experience across diverse settings including corporate, nonprofit, and government, drives her unique expertise in improving care through innovation, effectiveness, and quality improvements in health care. She continues to lead efforts that focus on strategic development, research and assessment, as well as implementation and is currently focusing on how innovations can both improve care, increase efficiency and lower costs.

At dXh, Dr. Zema leverages her background in HEOR to conduct data analytics to determine the impact of digital solutions on health outcomes, cost savings, and cost avoidance. Dr. Zema is also responsible for clinical research programs through foundation, federal, and state grants.
